Delete Your XARAGO Account
If you no longer wish to use XARAGO, you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information.
How to Request Account Deletion

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your registered mobile number
- Whether you are a Shopper or Seller
This information helps us verify ownership of the account before processing deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
When your request has been verified, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile
- Personal information
- Saved addresses
- Wishlist
- Shopping cart
- Seller profile (if applicable)
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or regulatory compliance.
Processing Time
Verified account deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
